Qualifying Homeowners
For projects with a single applicant, a qualifying applicant must own the home where the installation is taking place. If a co-applicant is added, the co-applicant must either OWN the home or LIVE in the home.
The minimum FICO score for a Concert loan is 640. Applications for credit use an applicant's TransUnion FICO 9 score.
Qualifying Residences
Qualifying residences must be on a residential utility rate (commercial properties do not qualify).
We finance loans for residential homes comprised of 4 unites or less, including townhomes, condos, mobile, modular and manufactured homes (certain home types may be subject to stricter underwriting guidelines)
General Financing Details
Loans are secured by a UCC-1 lien on the solar equipment - the security interest is never on the dwelling or property on which the fixtures are installed.
Loans are transferrable at the discretion of EnerBank.
Loans are eligible for an APR discount when signing up for ACH automatic payments.
